They are basically magical helpers that know a ton of birthy and baby stuff! Services with a postpartum doula are usually 4-8 hours at your home during the day, or 10+ hours overnight. Postpartum packages are completely customizable, scheduled, and made to fit your unique needs for this birth, baby, and your family as it is now.
Your postpartum doula services include:

It’s all about you! You will get a long, luxurious shower, a nap, be fed real, hot food, have your laundry folded, and your dishes done. You will also feel confident in your ability to feed your baby in the way you choose, will learn to tend to baby’s umbilical stump, be educated on milestones and developmental changes babies experience, learn to identify postpartum mood disorders, be taught the fastest way to heal from birth (vaginal or cesarean), we’ll discuss the changes to your body and what to expect over the next weeks and months, and your partner and/or support team will be provided the best ways to be super-helpful in your fourth trimester.
Your doula will remain available to you via phone, text, and email support during this time. As questions arise, changes occur, or you just need additional support and TLC, your doula will be available to you in person or virtually to guide you. Meet your doula!
